Refund policy

Return Policy

Items qualify for refund if they are returned within 30 days (after delivery) and are in the same condition you received them in. Unworn (except for test fit), unwashed, free of damage & odor, etc., in original packaging. You will also need to provide proof of purchase (packing slip, invoice, etc.)

To initiate a return, please contact us at info.flowstateapparel@gmail.com. Returns must first be arranged via email, do not send your item back without first initiating a return, these items will not be accepted. Please provide your order number.

Please allow 2-5 days for processing once we receive the returned product. Once processed, your money will be refunded. Please note this could take up to 10 days to see the money in your account.

*If we are away or traveling, these estimated times may be extended slightly. You can request information regarding your return using the email listed above. 

Size Exchanges

We currently do not have an exchange system setup. Please initiate a return and mail back your item once we send a packing slip, then make a separate purchase for the correct item. 

Lost Packages

If your tracking information shows your package is lost in transit or has not updated for an extended period, please reach out to your local carrier for information or to file a missing package claim. We may be able to assist in some circumstances, but this is not a guarantee. Most carriers will ask you to wait at least 14 days before reporting a package as lost.

If tracking shows a package as delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend checking with neighbors, your local delivery carrier, and the address you provided. 

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the damaged item and packaging. Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate.
